The legal system is a private from of law designed to govern fictional (dead) entities, aka "Corp-Orations" (the talking dead).

Law governs living entities, "Natural Law" to be specific.

The legal system is the "Liege lord" FEUDAL SYSTEM that's been enslaving humanity for many millennia.
