I remember the relentless parroting of "Safe and effective!" but I ALSO remembered that Johnson and Johnson pushed opiod painkillers on doctors telling them the SAME FUCKING LINE, WORD FOR FUCKING WORD.

And now, when you get them, what you don't use they give you special shit to destroy and warn you over and over to not take a single one more than you need or else you could become wildly addicted, and a few doctors I've encountered will not prescribe them at all except in the most extreme circumstances.
