Democracy without the Constitution and judges who will enforce it == mob justice ie lynch mobs and KKK style law and order. Democrats are trying to rush "BACK to the Future" as quickly as possible.

In other words, yes, DCs becoming the democrats version of democracy. However its NOT " our democracy" no how many times they chant that word spell.
