Welp, I consider this E.O. to be an alarm clock to an awakening...an "early" warning of sorts.

BTW, the E.O. cites that the reports are due "within 180 days" or "within 210 days" of the signing of the E.O., which was March 9, 2022. This means that these reports are imminent.
