The rental situation in the state is pretty dire at the moment and more people are relocating to the country towns because they can't find rentals in the city so finding somewhere is very difficult and I understand that. I don't mind helping someone out as long as they abide by the property simple rules such as not leaving gates open and not running the power down but I am taking your advice on board and will have a rethink.
