As we learned from the fake people-falling-down-in-the-streets videos of 2020: nothing slips through the great firewall of China by accident. Assuming this is video is authentic one needs to ask the question, "why?"
They don't want to send their soldiers to tell the people. Need to send them to Taiwan.
