This may be my own ignorance but do these blackouts affect essential infrastructure like stop lights and street lights?
Yup if they are connected into the electrical grid with no solar back-up, of which nearly ALL are only connected to the grid.
Wow! That’s unbelievable! They really are gearing up to sack CA. lights out. winter coming. lots of lawlessness and down goes essential infrastructure while taxes go up.
