You are absolutely correct- my husband is a retired LEO-hr STILL leads his daily activities as if he is being watched by the public- he understands cops take an path TO KNOW BETTER AND DO BETTER. But sadly The Purge of critical thinkers has left police depts with less experienced yes men &women
