Same fake "crisis" is happening with a pipeline that feeds Los Angeles starting today - 09/06 - a 15 day "repair job" on a broken section that supplies Los Angeles from the Colorado River. There's a restriction in place that you can't water outdoors for the next fifteen days. Such bullsit, this repair shouldn't take more than 1 to 2 days tops with round the clock crews. And or a diversion in place while the true repair takes place. It's my theory that a bigger problem will occur during the repair process that causes a much more wide spread, longer lasting shortage of critical water
