Obama ( CIA OPERATIVE)has been running a parallel government in washington since the election of Trump. The COG was activated on 9-11. The constitution has been side-lined and devolution has been in place. The criminals in washington have been looting the treasury. TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS HAVE BEEN STOLEN AND LAUNDERED THROUGH FINANCIAL COMPANIES AND MONEY GIVEN TO UKRAINE.
