Can you imagine the mental issues both of these girls will have to live with for the rest of their lives.

At some point in time, this "fake family" will catch up with them-specifically when they marry and have their own children. Who will they tell their children are their grandparents? And what will they do when they may need surgery and/or blood/kidney, etc. and need to have their biological relatives?
