Honestly considering she was 96 it makes business sense to have just started ordering these every year so that you'd have them for whatever year she died and wouldn't have to wait a month or more to get them produced and shipped in like the premade merch for the super bowl with both potential winners the amount of money you would make on the flags having them on hand when needed would far outweigh the cost of being wrong for a few years.
