In September 2021 the plans for the Queen's death were leaked https://www.politico.eu/article/queen-elizabeth-death-plan-britain-operation-london-bridge/
Read some key quotes from the article.
"The U.K. government website β GOV.UK β will display a black banner at the top. All government departmental social media pages will also show a black banner and change their profile pictures to their departmental crest. Non-urgent content must not be published. Retweets are explicitly banned unless cleared by the central government head of communications.
The royal family will announce plans for the queenβs funeral, which is expected to be held 10 days following her death."
10 KNOWN upcoming days of "darkness"
"Internally, the day will be referred to as βD-Day.β Each following day leading up to the funeral will be referred to as βD+1,β βD+2β and so on."
Could this be what D5 refers to?
Other D5 meanings include: An avalanche, December 5th...

10 days. Darnkess.
Could be "10 days of darkness", but may be 10 days Period. then darkness.

"Be alert next 10 days."

"Clock started - 10 days."
We'll see what happens.
Seems to be lots of power problems popping up in Europe California and other places because of NatGas prices. So seems to line up.
It does fit, outage narrative was recently established -> Queen death announcement -> traditional 10 days mourning -> literal darkness from energy crisis narrative + climate narrative... All according to plan.
But wait, no... Screw tradition, let's do 17 days mourning this time. These people shit themselves over any and every break in protocol, no matter how arbitrary, someone stood up after the Queen, someone walked too fast or slightly out of step, or didn't wave long enough, or wear the blue shoes on the 2nd Tuesday in spring at the thing. This departure from tradition is interesting.

Been scratching at this one whenever I have a moment. Most interesting thing I came up with was that. The 10 days posts do fit these particular events now, which narrows the digging substantially compared to years or even months ago.
Darn KESS (Knowledge Exchange Seminar Series)
Kess as a Scottish surname? Maybe relevant.
Kess as UK slang for a cheeky or precocious person. Too vague and Q has been very US-centered, unless we are mistaken on that obscure UK slang is unlikely.
So best lead so far is this academic think tank operating on the other side of the pond. Still looking for some kind of relevance though.
