If this is a State prosecution, how does NY even have standing when the HQ for BuildTheWall. Inc. is in Panama City Beach, Florida?

BuildTheWall. Inc. filed for Domestic Non Profit Corporation in the State of Florida on Friday on December 28, 2018.

If this is coming from the SDNY, is this not a federal entity of the DOJ? Trump pardoned Bannon on the build-the-Wall case.

I don't know how the SDNY can raise this issue again. This appears to be a violation and abuse of power that would be a form of double jeopardy.
