The Inner Earth theory is believable and can actually fit the FE theory... what if Byrd assumed he was entering an inner-earth once past the ice wall because he was required to descend miles below the other side of the ice wall before he seen land. Could the wall be 10x higher on the other side making it seem like you're entering the core of the earth but in-fact you are just entering the next ring of Atlantis!
