Water is made of Oxygen.. the Oxygen in the sky get colder as you ascend therefore the Oxygen freezes at a certain height. That is what they are trying to “break through” and what HRC mentioned we cracked. That “glass ceiling” is actually ‘Blue Stone’ or frozen pure oxygen. They are doing tests on it in Antarctica and it can only be tested there due to the extreme cold requirement
