What? Are you serious? That kind of oncologist should be banned. If someone knows the truth and will not disclose it to the person who OWNS the truth, and whose life DEPENDS on the truth, that is deceit.

As for Q, if he says nothing about lizards, we can infer NOTHING about lizards. World War II is about World War II, not about lizards.
