We're in a credit union using real money value. My friend took her money out of the bank and bought a small safe for her home.

Anything I sell from this point will stay with me. Bank doesn't give you anything for using your money anyway. Then charge you an investment tax.

Invest in your mattress!

exactly^ I'm switching to a CU, and hope others are doing the same! there is no reason to 'filter' our money through their goblin system, nasty even thinking of it. hopefully we can all be free of any 'debt' to them soon.
