What the hell is "aggravated DUI"? "my temper made me do it"??

A DUI is simply being above the legal blood alcohol content level, an aggravated DUI is usually a combination of being above the legal blood alcohol content level and breaking other traffic laws like you were going 30 over, caused a wreck, were swerving all over the place, etc.
