I saw that but I don't know how official it is. They have completed some of the tasks already (yesterday) like posting the black-framed death announcement on the palace gates. I'm sure other things have been done as well but honestly I don't have time to follow any of that. Maybe the Mirror took some creative liberty with that statement?
