Podestà (pronounced [podeˈsta], English: Potestate, Podesta) was the name given to the holder of the highest civil office in the government of the cities of Central and Northern Italy during the Late Middle Ages.

I've seen some people say it means 'lawyer.' The other definition is minor official. If it means lawyer, in this case, then maybe it means Rudy will be arrested.

Bannon mentioned that the FBI raided 35 Trump allies. It might also mean it's Bannon's arrest, though Bannon is not a lawyer or an official.
