I've tried to dig into the idea that viruses don't exist, but never really found any material that was very convincing. If you have any resources you'd recommend for me to check out, please send them my way.

My personal take on disease is the more we are exposed to chemicals, vaccines, pollution, etc., the less resilient our body is. I'm not confident enough in germ theory to say that I'm certain the cause of disease is an infectious organism. I'm willing to admit it could be some other factor that I don't understand yet. Regardless, the solution is to reduce exposures to all the crap that makes our bodies not work properly.
