also, there are 10 people who know the whole plan. if Flynn is one of them then he sure as shit will not be admitting it.

Flynn was in a huge legal battle the entire time Q was active. He obviously knows what Q is and he even had his whole family recite the specific pledge and even stating "WWG1WGA," however I cannot see how he would be involved with the whole thing.
