Do you suppose this OS why Gen Flynn had to be 'fired' so early into the administration? To join the 10 person team? (I still think Adm. Rogers is the main q poster.)

I would agree that ADM Rogers is probably team Q. Flynn likely too. It may have been the two of them who architected Q. Maybe Nakasone as well.

Flynn needed to get on the NSC to have access to the EOs and documentation regarding creation of EOs as well as past EOs and all the documentation relevant to COG.

Flynn knew they were coming for him and were going to set him up. He just needed a few weeks with access to accomplish his goal/mission.
