Everyone, and their dog, and the deepstate knows Trump is running in 2024, why else would he be doing rallies? And Don Jr's video had "Trump 2024" flags in it.

The DS know Q is real and they're trying to stop Trump by any means necessary, why would they care he hasn't announced it?

He is having endorsement rallies not campaign rallies. It's also an oppurtunity to communicate his message without the media spin and show both, his allies and enemies that the people are with him, ie crowd size.
