His party was the one that wouldn't let people volunteer for Conservative campaigns unless they were injected. F the Conservative Party. They implemented all the horse shit at the provincial level.

The party not the man prevented people....

Now that he's in charge we will be watching to see what concrete actions he takes...

Also provincial politics are separate from federal, despite many people conflating the two.
