I typed Genesis 9:11 into a search engine and it pointed me to Genesis chapter 11 verse 9 which is about Babel. The chapter is about the destuction of the Tower of Babel and how the people of the world were divided.

yes i think so, and it's crazy how many connections there are with the Bible and numbers. I read this awhile back and thought it was interesting...about how the Bible verses were organized/numbered.
