A heart-felt apology to the unvaccinated and a message he is trying to spread ... an open demonstration of humility.
As it stands, we were not lined up against the wall and shot ... his reaction is something we simply must encourage and cannot respond with an attitude of intolerance and anger.
Now is the time we put aside our transgressions / differences and stand together to fight the real enemy!
HIS reaction is something we must encourage, yes. But we can also never forget how quickly people turned away and screeched at us to die. Those people, the screechers, I pray are they 4-6% q talked about, because those people we cannot move forward with.
Yes love and forgiveness, but some are too far gone....
I'd think that anyone who actually wanted people lined up against the wall and shot for not getting the jab would 1. Never do what this guy did and are 2. an extreme minority amplified by social media.
What about those of us who don't use much social media? Or those who aren't political in their socials but are in real life? Or those who deleted old posts calling for death of antivaxxers?
The past is done. Assuming they aren't Joe Biden level if they realize they were wrong and apologize and want to start to do right and fight for good we must welcome them.
If someone actually lined somebody else up against the wall and shot them it would be different. If they were making real steps in the pursuit of making that reality it would be different.
But most didn't. Most said some bad stuff, really bad yes, in their MSM-fueled rage that they now regret. Words are not actions. Beliefs are not actions. Racists are bad, people who hung black people in the past are worse. You can stop believing certain things, you can't undo your actions.
I will NEVER forgive those who wanted us lined up against a wall and shot.

You are probably correct.
I don't trust ANYBODY anymore. Not without a thorough check of their social media accounts to see what dire consequences they were wishing for us.
