Help needed: I'm trying to find more information about how the FBI was created as an effect of an executive order. I would like to see how it could be revoked and what all that would dissolve along with the FBI if this order were to be revoked. My question stems from this post.

I think many have an opinion or say its arguable but it reminds me of what Trump did to the "Pandemic Response Team" where he clicked his heels and all their jobs got dissolved into other departments.
