Yes! I wish this lawsuit well. Time the hospitals stopped padding their bills, "upselling" extra, useless, and/or murderous protocols, treatments, drugs etc. WITHOUT even bothering to give either patients or their caregivers either notice and/or sufficient info re: why & risk/benefits so an informed decision can be made.
