I'm amazed that some people have managed to keep from dying out. My church has sent money and people to India to dig wells so they can have water. You'd think some Indian, as smart as they're supposed to be, could have figured that out by now.

It reminds me of the US sending the Peace Corps to Africa to teach the natives how to take a seed, put it in the ground, and water it. Thousands of years, and no one in Africa knew how to plant anything?
