That was the most hilarious thing about their ridiculous reeeeeing. If it's raining in DC, could it possibly be dry in Potomac Falls, maybe 15-20 miles from there? Heck, I'm from northern Virginia. It could be storming sheets of rain in Fairfax and not a cloud in the sky in Manassas 11 miles away.
