Couldnt fukkin wait until after the election. it wont pass with a Dem majority, AND YOU KNOW IT! It 'almost' as if you want to mobilize as many democrat votes as possible.

Not a federal court issue.

Legislators have the power to make abortion legal but they are too chicken shit to do it. That's why they played dumb during row v. and pushed it onto the judiciary.

The recent court ruling is a big step in the right direction but there is a long way to go in preventing abortion from becoming rampant.
