I’m clueless as to how the court system works for this type situation. If Durham indicts them, can they be tried via military tribunal? Do Military officers (like JAG) ever indict govt officials for treason? If they go before a DC jury, they’ll be exonerated so I’m sure that’s not in the plans. Or I hope it isn’t.
