I don't think that's what he's saying at all, neither do I believe the "United States is a corporation" stuff. Trump says "The majesty (beauty, might) of the United States is gone." and follows that statement up with "Can't let this happen". Clearly, he mourns the degeneration of America from what a great country it used to be to what it is now.
OP you may want to look into the legal term "corporation" and why it is used when referring to nations or states.
" Naions or states, are denominated by publicists, bodies politic, and are said to have their affairs and interests, and to deliberate and resolve, in common. They thus become as moral persons, having an understanding and will peculiar to themselves, and are susceptible of obligations and laws. Vattel, 49. In this extensive sense the United States may be termed a corporation; and so may each state singly. Per Iredell, J. 3 Dall. 447."
