Yes according to IntheMatrixxx who has done a lot of research and was supported by a Q post on this theory.

Yeah but Q reposting matrix was fairly early on wasn't it?. He evolved into a Paytriot unfortunately. Also, his ties to the Q shammy are quite suspect.
