We are told that Queen protects King. Who really owns the US?

We are told something is happening soon (9/23). Trump has a rally 9/23. What if Trump actually sent his body double to the golf course? Where was the real Trump?

Does anyone think Charles has called in the marker? Is that why he was so stressed about the pens?
