An ambulance blocked the leading car in Putin's motorcade while another car dropped an explosive on the vehicle carrying Putin, according to a report on Telegram.

It’s one of the ironies leading up to world war 1… the dude would have been completely ignored by history had he not been killed. We don’t know if he was based or cucked cause he really didn’t matter that much.
