Looks like he’s part of Palm Beach PD. Given the proximity of the city to Mar-a-Largo. It would make sense the local PD was pulled in for perimeter detail by the Feds.

Most Sheriffs Offices unless it’s changed dramatically are usually stretched fairly thin to cover all of their jurisdiction. Can’t afford to loan men to the FBI for glorified Guard Duty.
