My first cat I noticed would get diarrhea every time they called her in for shots. SO the only time I vax my fur babies is either when they have mandatory shots for boarding or when govs force me to do rabies. If baby gets a painful sarcoma, I may choose euthanasia. Don't want to amputate. Had a feral porch cat that I used to feed kibble. He got some kind of spinal cancer. He seemed to do OK, although he lost tons of weight and was always massively hungry. In his later days, he found himself a girlfriend and made some babies. I remember the last time I saw him. He went into the woods and nodded goodbye.
