I worked in Mexico for 7+ years total. Everywhere from up & down the border, to Monterrey, Saltillo, Puebla, Torreón, Mexico City etc. Trust me, cities turn to thousands of acres of empty and tough landscape quickly. Plus, large swaths of the Federales and police are corrupt as shit (depending on town / region). In other words if they wanted to haul the bodies out to the middle of nowhere "ranch" and do their thing....it would not be an issue.
