People who used ivermectin for covid, how long did it take before it worked?

I'm sick as shit, cousin tested positive for it even though those tests are sketchy,

Took ivermectin 2 nights in a row, 12mg, not noticing much of a difference, maybe even getting worse... any insights or advice?

Be sure to take the full protocol with all the supplements to support the ivermectin.

Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, Zinc, Quercetin and Azithromycin which you may need to get a prescription for.
