NYC has a population of 8.8 MILLION people... and due to the recent influx of about 1,000 illegal immigrants from Texas... they are at their breaking point.

Please note that this is only 1 transferred illegal immigrant for every 9,000 people in NYC... and it pushes them to their breaking point.

NYC must have awfully thin breaking points.
