I added to my comment I wasn't sure if you saw the part about the ear tab. Also here is more on his scarring.

Attached is an example of excessive scarring from a facelift. FaceLiftScar.jpg
this scarring looks very similar to bidens scarring here.jpg but biden also has a webbed ear (birth defect) on his right ear.
Earlobe Attachment: here is a facelift gallery, cycling through the images, it is clear that some people experience earlobe attachment.
