Read my comment. You are justifying he us the same guy but older. His earlobes are unattached then in another picture attached. That is IMPOSSIBLE. The bone structure of the face doesn't change eith age. One nose is pointy. You just keep justifying.

Sorry but as provided already with clear evidence that facelifts can and do attach earlobes.
Face structure can change with age and weight change, surgeries can also do that.
I get that it's your opinion he is switched but it's one that's not backed by any proof that can withstand any level of scrutany.
