I love how oddly specific he is on that number. Besides the Q thing, look at the bible. Numbers 16 shows the old testament version of ballot box stuffing where some rando dude decides to oust Moses as leader. Numbers 17 talks about God's justice and the aftermath. Moses was ordained by God to lead and God was none too overjoyed about someone trying to usurp that leadership.
