It's feeding the MIC with redundant, fake dollars, it's keeping their empire on life support with Fed Dollars that nobody in the BRICS Countries want to acccept any more. It might be stated as Public Debt right now, but systemic collapse is imminent and this crooked government made up debt-money will be declared as Odious Debt and will vanish.

More to the point, the Cabals MUST have a major grift going on here and need to fund it.
