Something similar happened in Canada recently. Trudeau's Liberal Party is discussing the possibility of "no mandates" this winter. Nothing at all to do with the sudden rocket the Conservative opposition and their "no mandates" policy is riding to the stratosphere.

Add that news item to this and the question becomes obvious even to normies:
