Well, I gave it a whirl and came up empty. The problem is, there are options as to how you want to scan it. It's a question of knowing which options to use and having the correct key/password. I tried 7a35090F and multiplying the size of the image, 712x718 with 3301 (1687524016) and came up with nada.
If this is a Cicada thing, it may be beyond the average anon to solve it. Sigh. One would think, though, that Q would have taken this into account.

Basically what this is saying is, if you sequentially embed your secret message at, say, the top of the graphic, then this area is "denser" with data than the area below your message.
If you evenly distribute your message throughout the entire graphic, then it becomes more difficult to tell that there's a message in the graphic, as it is more uniform in data density.
