I think you should bring yourselves more up to date.

The first questions on your application form should determine what kind of sex the applicant prefers and who they want to do it with. Question 3 should be where they score on the 1 to 10 "Woke Scale".

It is all you need to know really. Anything else would be unfair discrimination.
